Training

At Furever Perfect Pups, we begin our early learning curriculum on day 3, while the puppies’ eyes and ears are still closed. This crucial stage allows us to stimulate their sense of smell with a variety of natural aromas. Through gentle touch and movement, we activate neurological pathways, laying the foundation for their cognitive and sensory development. This protocol continues through day 16, as their eyes and ears open, and they begin transitioning from their pod into active, exploring puppies.

By week three, our focus shifts to sound exposure, introducing them to common household noises like vacuums, thunderstorms, and fireworks. This early desensitization helps build confidence and resilience, preparing them for unexpected sounds throughout their adult lives. Exposure to different stimuli, textures, and environments during this stage fosters adaptability and emotional stability.

As they grow into their final four weeks with us, we continue expanding their motor, social, and emotional skills through daily activities in the outdoor puppy play zone. Our curriculum includes basic obedience training, interactive problem-solving games, social interactions, and real-world experiences to ensure a well-rounded foundation.

To support their development, we also provide a calm and soothing nighttime routine, cradling them in classical music to help them rest and recharge for the next day of learning. Every step of our program is designed to build confident, well-adjusted puppies, ready for a lifetime of companionship in their furever perfect homes.
